“The best time to start making healthy lifestyle choices is right now.”

Eric graduated with a degree in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania and is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. He joined the Wellness Center team in 2010. Eric’s interest in exercise, fitness, and health began at an early age with competitive participation in a variety of sports, which over time included baseball, wrestling, soccer, basketball, football, and volleyball. It was the strength and conditioning program he participated in for basketball starting in 7th grade that lead to a love of weight training and exercise as a means of performance enhancement and as a healthy habit. Eric found that he enjoyed assisting his friends with their own workouts and educating people in general about how to apply what he had learned to their lives. He’s grateful for the opportunity he has to do this every day now as a Wellness Center employee.
