This comprehensive weight loss initiative is designed to help you achieve your wellness goals through a holistic approach focusing on goal-setting, nutrition, movement, and recovery.
Expert Personal Training: Six weeks of expert personal training with 45-minute sessions, three days a week, and additional resources for your off days.
Personalized Nutrition Guidance: Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing to assess your caloric needs, plus two sessions with our dietitians to craft a tailored nutrition plan.
Group Exercise Classes: You can access weekly classes like Yoga, Zumba, and Cycle to keep your workouts engaging and diverse.
Recovery Practices: Incorporation of recovery techniques such as massage, meditation, and myofascial release to support your overall well-being.
Comprehensive Assessments: Take pre- and post-program measurements, including body weight, body fat percentage, and circumference, to track your progress.
Weekly Accountability: Group weigh-ins and challenges to keep you motivated and on track.
