Hip-Hop

This is a dance-inspired fitness class with popular music form current hits that include Hip-=Hop, Funk, electronic, and Pop. Get ready for a workout that mixes high-and-low intensity interval cardio-training while improving endurance and mood. This class will also include a blend of international urban dance styles and music. This is a moderate-high intensity workout. No dance experience necessary.
