Live Well Yoga & Pilates Mat Classes

Yoga and Pilates Mat classes are great exercise alternatives for everyone. While these classes are free for members, non-members can experience the best of Yoga and Pilates Mat with the purchase of a Live Well Pass*. Every Friday night we offer Free Community Yoga which is open to the public from 5:00 – 6:00 PM.

This Live Well Pass can be used for the following classes:

  • Gentle Barre
  • Gentle/Restorative Yoga
  • Gentle Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Pilates Mat
  • Pilates with Props
  • Power Flow Yoga
  • Stretch & Flexibility
  • Yoga I &II
  • Vinyasa Yoga
