Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls

Tuesday, August 8

10:00 11:00AM

Thursday, August 24

6:00 7:00PM

Chakra Yoga Healing founder and teacher Brooke Smokelin takes us on a musical meditation journey into a realm of pure vibration. We begin with a guided visualization into our liquid state and from there we experience the breath as first mantra, the sacred heart-beat rhythm of the Spirit Drum, and the pure tones and overtones of quartz crystal singing bowls, all creating a magnificent matrix of vibration to "recalibrate" the human energy field into a powerful place of resonance. Every cell of you and the water within you will vibrate and come into harmony with everything within you and around you- other people, a sense of place, a feeling of One-ness induced, restored, and supported by sound.
