Interested in trying out a Pilates Class? Members, your first Pilates Classes is FREE for first time participants.  So come try it today! Class size is limited and sign up is required at the front desk.

Community Yoga

5:00 - 6:00 PM

FREE and open to the public. This introductory class focuses on basic poses that stretch and strengthen our bodies. All levels of practitioners are welcome, however, emphasis will be placed on the novice student.
