Join John Sandonas for the challenging, fun youth boot camp!Participants will take part in fitness drills, exercises, circuits and sports to get them moving.Each class will be fun and energizing! Geared for ages 11-14 years old
Keep your Preschoolers moving and joining in on the fun with our kids class geared towards ages 3-6 years old!Each Wednesday, from 9:00am-10:00am, instructor Sam Bellhy will lead your child through introductory level sports, games and fun activities to keep them actively engaged and busy!Each week will focus on a different sport!
Join Youth Activities Supervisor, Sam Bellhy, for Fit 4 Kids!
Fit 4 Kids is a high energy combination of cardio, body weight and low resistance/weight training, and games and sports.
Classes will be held indoors in the gymnasium.
*This class is designed for children 7-13 years old
* 6-Week options include the first or second six weeks of the program.
Come join us for a night of safe and fun exercises, activities, and healthy snacks! Activities include: Autumn themed crafts, games and more!This program is suitable for ages 3-13 years old.Activities will be separated by age group.*Pre-registration is required and space limited. To ensure all may enjoy this popular program, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. Registration closes the Friday before the event.
