The Summer Shred Series is for all exercisers who are looking to achieve a stronger, leaner body this summer. Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour consisting of high-energy drills on the Rig, body weight exercises, and calorie-burning cardio sessions both inside and outside (weather permitting). Each session of the series also includes Nutrition services led by a Registered Dietitian. Each Session has 3 different times available.

Session 1: Includes a Resting Metabolic Rate test to determine each individual's caloric needs as well as a detailed meal plan for optimal weight loss support.

Session 2: Includes private weekly 15-minute appointments with the Dietitian to set goals and achieve them.

Session 3: Includes 1 Spin and Learn and 1 cooking demonstration led by the Dietitian during regular class meeting times.

The individual who loses the most inches each session receives a free 50-minute spa service.

Intro to Self Defense Jujitsu for Men

Originally developed for the U.S. Army Rangers, this introductory Gracie jiu-Jitsu class will teach the first few essential techniques, of a 36 part program, for self-defense. In this course, we use a new training process called Dynamic Reflex Development™ to take you, regardless of age or athletic ability, from no knowledge to "street ready" in the least amount of time possible.  This self-defense class will be taught by Master Brian Ward who is a 5th  degree black belt in tang Soo do, a technical blue belt under the Gracie Academy and also a blue belt under professor Pedro Sauer.

*No martial arts experience required!

This self-defense class will be taught by Master Brian Ward who is a 5th degree black belt and International Recognized Senior Master Level Instructor with over 25 years experience as a student, competitor, and teacher.

This fun and easy racquet sport combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis to provide you with a healthy fitness activity.

Spin and Learn about your Chronotype

Instructor: Jacqueline Ely

Spin and learn combines fitness and nutrition all while learning about the association between chronotype and the psychological constructs of eating behaviors. Learn your chronotype and how to improve your diet to suit your  specific needs. Each chronotype will reveal exactly what you need to do to work with your body, not against it. Class is led by Registered Dietitian and Spin Instructor, Jacqueline Ely. Participants will experience 30 minutes of cycling followed by 20 minutes of discussion in a conference room. The cycling portion of this class will be a beginner to intermediate level.

Swim Clinic for Triathlons

This clinic is great for any swimmer over the age of 18 looking to improve their technique and stroke for triathlons, master breathing techniques and become more efficient in the water.  Learn a complete stroke breakdown both in a out of the water.
