Train like a boxer to get in great shape!

This is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with a unique blend of intense intervals, strength-endurance training, and a blast of boxing moves. Classes are led by the Boxmaster, Butch Marasco, and held in the gymnasium.

Bike and Build

Reach your peak physical condition!

Reach your peak physical condition. Each class consists of 30 minutes of high-intensity cycling with one of the centers top cycling instructors, followed by 30 minutes of strength training in the gym.  Participants will increase their cardiovascular endurance through interval training and speed work on the bike and by improving muscular endurance through specified weight training.   Exercise logs will be provided to help track  progress.

Recommended for the intermediate or advanced exerciser.

Deep Sea Challenge

Come join Maria Papenbrock for an advanced water aerobics class!

This deep sea water workout is geared to perform exercises while treading water. Participants have the option of using floatation devices or using their body weight. This class is a full body workout done in the lap pool, incorporating cardio and upper/lower body strength moves. This class is great for anyone who enjoys taking water aerobics classes or anyone looking to add a new challenge to their fitness routine.

Youth Competitive Swim Clinic

Saturday, November 11

Ages 5 – 15

This clinic is geared towards students looking to join a competitive team or who are currently on a swim team and are looking to work on improving specific skills and technique. This 2-hour clinic will include instruction, drills and tips to get all youth competitive swimmers ready for the next level.

Women's Self-Defense Class

Saturday, November 25

If you want to learn how to defend yourself in a fun, safe, and cooperative learning environment, this is the class for you!

This class will teach you how to neutralize the most common attacks ranging from hair-grabs and choke-holds, to bear hugs and weapon defenses. The techniques learned in this class will teach you leverage, technique, and timing so that anyone, regardless of age, can take on larger opponents.

Member: $50

$40 per person if you sign up with a partner

Instructor: Master Brian Ward

This self-defense class will be taught by Master Brian Ward who is a 5th degree black belt and International Recognized Senior Master Level Instructor with over 20 years experience as a student, competitor, and teacher.

This fun and easy racquet sport combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis to provide you with a healthy fitness activity.
