Group Training


TEAM TRAINING

Team training is the most popular way to workout in todays Fitness Industry. Joining a group of like minded workout partners, led by an expert Personal Trainer has proven benefits including achievement of long and short term goals, comradery and a fun and challenging workout experience.

When joining the Team Training program, you will receive:

Body Composition measurements, a functional movement screening, cardiovascular and flexibility testing. You will be retested every 60 days!

 

Payment Options:

  • 1 time per week (4 per month) - $80
  • 2 times per week (8 per month) - $145
  • Unlimited - $199

Minimum of 3 month commitment. Max 8 participants per class. Must register at least 24 hours in advance of team training class.  30 minutes per class. Must see membership for terms and conditions. Must register at the front desk.

 

Sign-up for Unlimited Team Training in the month of June and receive weekly coaching sessions with a Registered Dietitian FREE for the month of July!

TEAM TRAINING DESCRIPTIONS

Foundations (beginners):

Just starting your fitness journey? Join our renowned personal trainers to establish proper movement patterns and develop the base you need to take your training to the next level. Classes can include strength, balance, cardio and flexibility.

Boot Camp and Weight Loss (intermediate):

Time to pick it up! You’ve established a solid foundation now it’s time to raise the bar.  Join like-minded individuals to burn away any extra calories.  Utilize the rig area to undergo evenly balanced cardio and strength circuits.  Weight Loss includes weekly mindset education and discussions.

Shred (advanced)

Test Your Limits; Get after it by pushing yourself harder than you have before.  This is our most intense cardio and strength program that will help to elevate your physical fitness and push you over your fitness plateau.

Outdoor Fitt Extreme

6:00 – 7:00AM and 5:30 – 6:30PM

Everyone has a desire to reach a certain level of fitness. Break away from your normal routine on the fitness floor and join us in our Outdoor Fitt Extreme. Instructor Butch Marasco can help you achieve your desired level of fitness by combining a strong mindset with the body to overcome obstacles, both physical and mental. Outdoor Fitt Extreme is designed to help you achieve your ultimate fitness goals in a fun, supportive environment. Classes are suitable for all ability levels and will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Dance Through The Decades

Saturday, July 21

Join us as we dance through the decades! 

Join us as we dance through the 80's! 

Class begins with a warm up stretch, then students will learn dance moves popular from the 80's era.  After that a routine incorporating those moves will be taught.  Beginner?  Advanced?  This class is designed for all ability levels, the routine's difficulty can be modified so that you can dance at your own pace.  Enjoy good music and dancing with friends while getting a great workout.  Challenge yourself to learn something new and get ready to move!

Bethany has been a dance teacher the past seven years for students of all ages and ability levels.  She has taught recreational dance classes for beginners as well as advanced classes where she choreographed solos, duets and large group pieces for dance competitions.  She has also coordinated and choreographed for a series of dance concept videos and local performances with her dance peers.  Teaching is her passion and she loves helping others improve their skills and to achieve their dancing goals.  She looks forward to having you in class!

Master's Swim Club Workout

Accelerated Swim Lessons

It is the prime of summer!

Sign up for an accelerated 8-class session of children’s group swim lessons starting the week of Monday, July 23rd. These classes are done Monday - Thursday for 2 consecutive weeks. This format keeps children swimming on a more regular basis and is a great way to build skills. Classes are available for Parent/Child (ages 6 months to 3 years), Preschool (ages 3-5), Youth (ages 6-13)

and Competitive.

This fun and easy racquet sport combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis to provide you with a healthy fitness activity.
