Way to Weight Loss

This program is designed to produce rapid weekly weight loss.

A proven, medically-supervised 24 week weight management program taught by Registered Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists. The program consists of weekly 90 minute group sessions for 6 months and meal replacement supplements. The average weight loss is 12-16% over 6 months, with likely improvements in management of diabetes, blood pressure, mobility and overall wellness.

  • Get structured, nutritionally balanced meal replacement supplements that can be used to cook hundreds of variations of meals.
  • Attend weekly classes focused on long-term behavior change, motivation, nutrition and activity
  • Individual weekly follow-ups with a Registered Dietitian

Health and Way to Weight Loss Technology (HNT)

Founded in 1994 by Dr. Stephen Schultz, Health and Nutrition Technology (HNT) provides medical facilities with a comprehensive weight management program. Our team of health professionals- doctors, dietitians, exercise specialists and health coaches- are dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term weight management.
HNT provides tools for exclusive use in our medically-supervised weight management program. Health One is a high quality, low-calorie meal replacement. The product was designed and tested by HNT and with the advice and review of a number of endocrinologists and nutritional scientists. It has undergone clinical evaluation at the following independent medical centers:

  • An average of 2 1/2 years after completing the program patients maintained 12.9% of initial body weight lost
