Nutrition plays a vital role in everyone’s health and wellness. Our Dietitians are the experts that can recognize areas in your diet that need improvement and guide you in making the changes necessary to reach your goals.

LEAP: Lifestyle Eating and Performance

LEAP- Find out if your food is making you sick with food sensitivity testing through Lifestyle Eating and Performance testing and start feeling better today! The MRT is a blood test that measures 176 different foods and food chemicals including:

  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Food dyes
  • Dairy products
  • Grains (wheat, rice, corn and oats)
  • Spices and seasonings
  • Seafood
  • Meats
  • Eggs and poultry
  • Nuts and beans
  • Fruits and vegetables

Using the test results, the LEAP therapist is able to develop a client-specific diet plan. The whole process takes approximately 3+ months, but symptom elimination is expected and seen within the first weeks.
Testing and counseling packages are available.

A one-hour initial consult will help you determine the right path of treatment.

  • 5 in-person consultations with the LEAP therapist

  • Limited email and phoe support for questions and tips in addition to in-person consultations for 3 months.
  • Communication of progress to your physician (if required)

Support Package

  • Everything in the Basic Package
  • 5 additional in-person consultations with certified LEAP therapist (totaling 10 hours)
  • 7-day meal plan, food preparation ideas and recipe suggestions
  • Weekly email and phone support for questions and tips in addition to the in-person consultations for 6 months
Cooking Demo – Friday, April 24th
 
Join Lizzy for a cooking demo on Friday April 24th at 11:30am featuring the winning recipe from the March Menu Madness contest. As April is Stress Awareness month, Debbie Roytas will be presenting a mindfulness segment to help participants build skills to apply mindful eating into their lifestyle. There will also be samples provided of the recipe where participants can practice using their mindful eating skills to enjoy the flavors and textures of the recipe.
