Spa Harmony is dedicated to the best-in-service experience. Our team of certified therapists and professional technicians partner classic and contemporary techniques to fit the individual needs of guests who step into our spa.  From our signature facials to our restorative body work — our mission is to align the whole person, through mind, body and spirit. 

We are located in the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, uniquely positioned at the entrance of both sides, Spa East and Spa West. Together, they make up seven treatment rooms, two relaxation areas, a cosmetic cove and multiple spa retail displays featuring our organic skincare products. To elevate your experience even further, the center offers a number of features to compliment Spa Harmony, including a full fitness center, personal training, yoga and Pilates classes, nutrition services, a lap pool, steam rooms and sauna.

Bamboo Massage

A Deep tissue massage, using heated bamboo canes for a firmer, more target session.  The heat of the bamboo canes warm up the tissue which prepares muscles for deeper tissue work and offer a different technique than a traditional massage.

Reflexology

A therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet.  This controlled pressure alleviates the source of discomfort and is effective for promoting good health, preventing illness and relief for symptoms of stress, injury and illness.

Reiki

An energy work that assists in restoring the body, mind and spirit.  Performed with the client either laying down or while in a reclined position, while fully clothed.  The practitioner encourages the client’s energy into a state of balance by gently moving their energy field with the use of Reiki energy.  It is beneficial in illness, trauma, states of anxiety and depression or simply daily life.
