Our training philosophy at our gym and wellness center is to upgrade your life with our Four Pillars: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery.

There’s nothing like a supportive personal trainer at your Washington gym to help you build the confidence and motivation you need to exercise regularly and safely. Our EXOS certified trainers are eager to work with you to define your goals and develop an exercise program to help you achieve them. Sessions can be used in Fitness, Yoga, Pilates and Aquatics (does not apply to swim lessons).

MONTHLY INSTALLMENT

Minimum 3-month commitment. Prices represented as price per month

Full Sessions (Member Only):

  • 1 session/week $ 184

Team Training (Member Only):

TEAM TRAINING CLASSES AND SCHEDULE

Box & Burn:

Train like a boxer to get in great shape!  This is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with a unique blend of intense intervals, strength-endurance training, and a blast of boxing moves.

Boot Camp and Weight Loss:

Time to pick it up! You’ve established a solid foundation now it’s time to raise the bar. Join like-minded individuals to burn away any extra calories. Utilize the rig area to undergo evenly balanced cardio and strength circuits. Weight Loss includes weekly mindset education and discussions.

H.I.I.T.:

High intensity interval training combines periods of work and rest fast tracking your energy system development.
