Our EXOS certified trainers are eager to work with you to define your goals and develop an exercise program to help you achieve them. Sessions can be used in Fitness, Yoga, Pilates and Aquatics (does not apply to swim lessons).

Join this 45 minute high-intensity psychometric based workout, designed for the athlete in everyone. We combine explosive plyometric exercises like jumping, throwing, and and change of direction with classic cardio for a unique training session.
