There’s nothing like a supportive personal trainer at your Washington gym to help you build the confidence and motivation you need to exercise regularly and safely. Our EXOS certified trainers are eager to work with you to define your goals and develop an exercise program to help you achieve them. Sessions can be used in Fitness, Yoga, Pilates and Aquatics (does not apply to swim lessons).
Minimum 3-month commitment.
The only thing better than working with one of our trainers is having a friend join you! (Price is per pair)
Training for groups of 3-4 people. (Price is per group)
*Personal Training sessions are available for purchase at the Front Desk. Sessions can be used in Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, and Aquatics.
