Our training philosophy at our gym and wellness center is to upgrade your life with our Four Pillars: Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery.

There’s nothing like a supportive personal trainer at your gym to help you build the confidence and motivation you need to exercise regularly and safely. Our EXOS certified trainers are eager to work with you to define your goals and develop an exercise program to help you achieve them. Sessions can be used in Fitness, Yoga, Pilates and Aquatics (does not apply to swim lessons).

MONTHLY INSTALLMENT

Must be enrolled in monthly installment plan to be eligible for reduced session pricing

Foundations (beginners):

Just starting your fitness journey? Join our renowned personal trainers to establish proper movement patterns and develop the base you need to take your training to the next level. Classes can include strength, balance, cardio and flexibility.

Boot Camp and Weight Loss (intermediate):

Time to pick it up! You’ve established a solid foundation now it’s time to raise the bar. Join like-minded individuals to burn away any extra calories. Utilize the rig area to undergo evenly balanced cardio and strength circuits. Weight Loss includes weekly mindset education and discussions.

Shred (advanced):

Test Your Limits; Get after it by pushing yourself harder than you have before. This is our most intense cardio and strength program that will help to elevate your physical fitness and push you over your fitness plateau.
