SUMMER CAMP 2025 – June 9 through August 15

This summer at camp, encourage your children to embark on an adventure that will challenge them in ways they never imagined!

Summer Camp will integrate play with sports performance, teaching fitness-as-fun principles, participate in a variety of sports clinics and classes, prepare healthy snacks with our registered dietitians and experience new adventures! Additionally, this year’s program will introduce STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) activities, enriching the camp experience.

Summer Camp is geared toward youth entering grades 1 through 8.

Fit for Kids – March 31 through May 7

Monday’s OR Wednesday’s | 5:30p-6:30p |  for ages 7 through 13| Member: $70 | Member Drop-In: $15 | Non-Member: $90 | Non-Member Drop-In: $20 | Pricing is for one day a week for six weeks | Fit for Kids is a high energy combination of cardio, body weight and low resistance weight training, games and sports!  Classes are held indoors.

Power & Condition Camp: June 23 through August 13

Monday’s & Wednesday’s | 9:00am – 10:00am | Join coach James Davis for this eight week program designed to enhance power, agility, speed, and explosiveness! Camp is divided into four 2-week sessions – each focusing on a different aspect of athletic development. This camp is perfect for athletes aiming to enhance overall athletic skills.  Each 2-week block includes these key areas of focus: Block 1: Fitness Testing & Overall Technique; Block 2: Resistance Training & Power Development; Block 3: Speed & Skill Development; Block 4: Overall Development & Fitness Testing.  Participants will utilize a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam/medicine balls, bumper plates, plyo boxes, cones, wickets and more.

Choose from full session (all eight weeks), 2-weeks, or daily drop-ins  (drop-in rates apply to participants who are not pre-registered and attend the camp on the same day of scheduled camp).

Members:  Full 8 weeks, $320 | Full 2 weeks, $85 | Drop-In, $25

Non-Members:  Full 8 weeks, $370 | Full 2 weeks, $100 | Drop-In, $35
