Fit for Kids is a high energy combination of cardio, body weight and low resistance | weight training; games, and sports! Classes are held indoors in the gymnasium and are appropriate for ages 7 – 13. Homeschool Parents – this is a great way to earn PE Credits with supervised fitness classes!

Build a Foundation of a Healthy and Active Life with this Ten-Week Camp! This summer at camp, encourage your children to embark on an adventure that will challenge them in ways they never imagined! Summer Camp will integrate play with sports performance, teaching fitness-as-fun principles, participate in a variety of sports clinics and classes, prepare healthy snacks with our registered dietitians and experience new adventures! Summer Camp is geared toward youth entering grades 1 through 8.
All Summer long, participants will receive devoted mentorship from Wellness camp counselors, learn performance techniques from our nationally-certified personal trainers, coaching from expert guest athletes and train from the very best on how to live well. Our methodology will walk them through a comprehensive way to integrate fitness and overall health into their lives.
