Tai Chi for Rehabilitation was developed as a gentle, healing form to use as a tool to help in recovery from conditions including stroke, heart disease, injury, surgical procedures or tiredness and stress. Tai Chi for Rehabilitation will improve generalized health and vitality.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise system that uses slow, smooth, body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of both body and mind while practicing Tai Chi.
This two hour class will focus on the form and learning the fundamentals of Buti and DEEP Yoga. Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means “the cure to something kept hidden or secret.” Through the combination of deep abdominal spiraling, vinyasa, plyometrics, and tribal dance, sweat with an intention! DEEP by Buti contains no flows- planks, chatarungas, warriours, or high lunges. This core- centered practice was designed to prevent injury, strengthen the lower back, fuse ab separation, and improve overall functionality of the body.

FREE and open to the public. This introductory class focuses on basic poses that stretch and strengthen our bodies. All levels of practitioners are welcome, however, emphasis will be placed on the novice student.
