Held in the warm-water therapy pool, this workout focuses on flexibility, range of motion and strength training using pool-resistance equipment. Specifically designed for those with chronic medical conditions like Arthritis. This class is a great alternative for injury rehabilitation.
This aqua based interval class is a great conditioning workout for all levels. Great workout for runners who incorporate endurance, sprints and non-traditional training. This class will include running varieties, jumps and treading water.
This basic aquatic circuit class alternates aerobic and muscle strengthening exercises using a variety of moves and equipment in the lap pool. Appropriate for older adults.
The resistance of water adds new challenges to Zumba® dance moves while buoyancy reduces impact to your joints. This fun and aerobic workout is appropriate for all ability levels. No equipment or dance experience necessary.
A series of heart-pumping drills using a variety of equipment and utilizing the resistance of the water combined with rebounding in the lap pool.
