Aquatic or water-based classes are great exercise alternatives for everyone. They provide low impact on the joints while allowing for low or high intensity challenges. These classes are done in either the lap or therapy pool based on intensity. Classes held in the lap pool include: Aqua Zumba, Aqua Strength, Aqua Cardio, Aqua Interval, H2O Challenge and Aqua Circuit. Classes held in the therapy pool include Aqua Fit and Aqua Flex. While these classes are free for members, non-members can experience Aqua Flex classes with the purchase of an Aqua Flex Punch card for $50 or drop in for $8 a class.
