Group Exercise Classes

Group exercise classes are a great way to get fit, stay healthy and have fun with other people who share similar interests. At Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, our group classes allow you to experience an enjoyable workout in a supportive environment with experienced instructors who can help maximize your results.

These classes aren’t just for beginners either; we offer a variety of classes to suit all fitness levels – from those who are getting started, to advanced athletes.

Our group exercise classes offer the following benefits:

Dive into Fitness with Aquatics Classes

Get ready to make a splash with our invigorating aquatics classes! Designed to promote muscle endurance and strength, these low-impact workouts will leave you feeling energized.

Choose from a range of aerobic-style classes like Aqua Zumba, Aqua Strength, and Aqua Cardio, all designed to get your heart pumping. With a mix of cardio, weight training, and low-impact movements, you’ll be on your way to a stronger, fitter you!

Rev up your Workout with Indoor Cycling

If you’re looking for a high-energy cardio workout, look no further than indoor cycling! Featuring fast-paced classes, challenging intervals, and upbeat music, these classes are sure to get your blood pumping. With a mix of standing and sitting intervals, you’ll feel the burn and push your limits.

Our indoor cycling classes use Spivi, an innovative 3D simulator system that provides a leaderboard, performance views, and 3D interactive scenery.

Don’t worry if you’re new to cycling – our experienced instructors will help you set up your bike for comfort and safety. So grab your towel and water bottle and get ready to pedal your way to fitness!

Level 2: Take It to the Next Level

Ready for a challenge? Our Level 2 class introduces more advanced exercises and apparatuses. Expect a moderate to fast-paced workout that will push your limits. Prior experience in Level 1.5 is recommended.

Level 2.5: Embrace the Strength

Become a Pilates master with our Level 2.5 class. Suitable for those who have mastered form and alignment, this advanced class will test your skills. Previous experience in Level 1.5-2 is recommended.

Experience our Joint Pain Level 1 and Level 1.5 classes designed specifically for those with joint issues. Perfect for anyone suffering from back, hip, knee, neck, or shoulder pain. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Get Energized with Pilates HIIT

Looking for a high-intensity workout? Try our Pilates HIIT class! Burn calories and tone your body with a fusion of barre, Pilates, cardio, and dynamic movement. Not recommended for beginners or those with limitations or joint pain.

Enhance Your Flexibility with Stretch

Improve your body alignment and flexibility with our Stretch class. Suitable for all except those who can’t twist their spine. Join us to perform better and feel amazing.

Total Body Sculpt: Define Your Body

Want to sculpt your body from head to toe? Join our advanced Total Body Sculpt class. We’ll focus on the upper and lower body, while working your core using Pilates equipment. Not recommended for beginners or those with limitations or joint pain.

Total Body: Full-Body Workout

Kickstart your Pilates journey with our Total Body class. Designed for beginners, this class works the upper and lower body, while targeting your core. Not suitable for those with limitations or joint pain.
