Kyra started her career in the medical field, where she was a Program Coordinator, Health and Wellness Coach, and Interim Director and Lead Instructor at a career school. She obtained her NASM Personal Training Certification last year and is currently working on her Yoga Teacher certification, which she will complete this month. Kyra is an avid runner and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
