Pilates Equipment classes are fee based classes offered throughout the week for both members and nonmembers. Members and nonmembers can purchase class packages and register for classes at the front desk. As a member, your first class is free!
Back Pain and Injuries: Anyone with a back injury or a limitation that is looking for a safe and effective workout. Suitable for all injuries and limitations
Foundation: For a beginner, individual who has progressed from level 1 or has minor limitations. This class is not recommended for anyone that is unable to twist their spine. These classes focus on form and will help to build a solid Pilates foundation.
Progression: This moderate to fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce participants to more advanced exercises and apparatuses. Increased repetition, coordination, balance and resistance create a challenge that elevates one’s Pilates practice. Attending Level 1.5 is recommended prior to attending this format. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.
Strong: Our most advanced class. Perfect for anyone that has mastered form and alignment. The class tempo is fast paced and incorporates quick transitions. Attending level 1.5-2 is recommended prior to attending this format. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.
Experience the anatomical planes of movement-transverse, frontal, Sagittal. All movement occurs at the joints by the way of muscles releasing or contracting to move bones at their joints. ALL CORE ALL THE TIME! Intermediate level recommended.
This class format will be the instructors choice on the Pilates equipment. Incorporating the principles of mat Pilates, stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. For intermediate participants. Not for beginners or suitable for those with limitations or joint pain.
High energy, low impact class is the perfect combination of cardio and sculpting while enjoying the many benefits of Pilates. Not suitable for anyone with limitations.
A fusion of barre, pilates, cardio with the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. All levels are welcome, but not suitable for those with limitations or joint pain.
A full-body routine follows a 10 to 15 minute warm-up. This class is safe and recommended for those who suffer from joint issues such as low back, hip, knee, neck and shoulder pain. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
This class offers a combination or stretching and strengthening on the Pilates equipment while holding poses and positions to quiet the mind and body. All experience levels and abilities welcome.
Focuses on stretching, building core strength, adjusting body alignment to improve function and performance.
A combination of stretching and strengthening on the Pilates Tower. For intermediate participants. This class is not suitable for anyone that is not able to twist their spine. Please speak to the instructor if you have limitations or joint pain before attending.
Class focuses on upper body and lower body all while working your core using the Pilates equipment.
The YUR Back exercise program combines therapeutic exercise, Pilates, and muscle balancing techniques to create a safe and effective workout for those recovering from low back pain.
