Pilates Reformer Classes

Pilates Equipment classes are fee based classes offered throughout the week for both members and nonmembers. Members and nonmembers can purchase class packages and register for classes at the front desk. As a member, your first class is free!

Level 1

Back Pain and Injuries: Anyone with a back injury or a limitation that is looking for a safe and effective workout. Suitable for all injuries and limitations

Level 1.5

Foundation: For a beginner, individual who has progressed from level 1 or has minor limitations. This class is not recommended for anyone that is unable to twist their spine. These classes focus on form and will help to build a solid Pilates foundation.

Level 2

Progression: This moderate to fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce participants to more advanced exercises and apparatuses. Increased repetition, coordination, balance and resistance create a challenge that elevates one’s Pilates practice. Attending Level 1.5 is recommended prior to attending this format. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Level 2.5

Strong: Our most advanced class. Perfect for anyone that has mastered form and alignment. The class tempo is fast paced and incorporates quick transitions. Attending level 1.5-2 is recommended prior to attending this format. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.

Pilates Class Descriptions

 3D Equipment Class

Level 2.5

Experience the anatomical planes of movement-transverse, frontal, Sagittal. All movement occurs at the joints by the way of muscles releasing or contracting to move bones at their joints. ALL CORE ALL THE TIME! Intermediate level recommended.

Reformer for Joint Pain

Level 1.5

A full-body routine follows a 10 to 15 minute warm-up. This class is safe and recommended for those who suffer from joint issues such as low back, hip, knee, neck and shoulder pain. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Pilates HIIT

Level 2.5

A fusion of barre, pilates, cardio with the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. All levels are welcome, but not suitable for those with limitations or joint pain.

Total Body Sculpt

Level 1.5

Class focuses on upper body, lower body and core strength. You will improve strength, stability, flexibility(created through the balance of both major and minor muscle groups) and enhance activity of daily living. For beginners.

Restorative

Level 1.5

This class offers a combination or stretching and strengthening on the Pilates equipment while holding poses and positions to quiet the mind and body. All experience levels and abilities welcome.

Stretch

Level 1.5

Focuses on stretching, building core strength, adjusting body alignment to improve function and performance.

Yur Back

Level 1

The YUR Back exercise program combines therapeutic exercise, Pilates, and muscle balancing techniques to create a safe and effective workout for those recovering from low back pain.
