Pilates Equipment classes are fee based classes offered throughout the week for both members and nonmembers. Members and nonmembers can purchase class packages and register for classes at the front desk. As a member, your first class is free!
Back Pain and Injuries: Anyone with a back injury or a limitation that is looking for a safe and effective workout. Suitable for all injuries and limitations
Foundation: For a beginner, individual who has progressed from level 1 or has minor limitations. This class is not recommended for anyone that is unable to twist their spine. These classes focus on form and will help to build a solid Pilates foundation.
Progression: This moderate to fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce participants to more advanced exercises and apparatuses. Increased repetition, coordination, balance and resistance create a challenge that elevates one’s Pilates practice. Attending Level 1.5 is recommended prior to attending this format. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.
Strong: Our most advanced class. Perfect for anyone that has mastered form and alignment. The class tempo is fast paced and incorporates quick transitions. Attending level 1.5-2 is recommended prior to attending this format. Not recommended for those with physical limitations.
This class is recommended for students with join issues such as lo back, hip, knee, neck and shoulder pain and or surgeries. The class is safe, and in fact recommended, for all of those who suffer from any of the mentioned joint pain. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
This class is recommended for students that tried Level 1 and are looking for a little more of a challenge. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Special attention will be given to joint issues such as low back, hip, knee, neck and shoulder pain and | or surgeries. The class is safe, and in fact recommended, for all of those who suffer from any of the mentioned joint pain.
A fusion of barre, pilates, cardio with the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. This class is not recommended for beginners, nor is it suitable for those with limitations or joint pain.
Focuses on stretching, adjusting body alignment to improve function, and performance. This class is not recommended for anyone that is not able to twist their spine.
This is an advanced class. Focuses on upper body and lower body all while working your core using all the Pilates equipment. This class is not recommended for beginners, nor is it suitable for those with limitations or joint pain.
