June 17 through July 26 – Youth Power & Conditioning Camp

M/W/F |9:00am – 10:00am | Field and gymnasium . This program is divided into three two-week sessions, each focusing on different aspects of athletic development. Key areas of focus include Session 1 – resistance training & power output; Session 2 – sprint techniques & plyometrics; Session 3 – sprint & plyometric.  Led by Coach James Davis, this camp is perfect for athletes aiming to enhance overall athletic skills.  Learn More Now!

July 16 & July 20- Chair Yoga

Tuesday, July 16 & Saturday, July 20 | 11:30am – 12:30pm | Studio 1 | FREE for Members.    Chair Yoga is a gentle form of Yoga suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Whether you’re seated or standing, the support of a chair makes it accessible and comfortable. Experience modified poses, stretches, and breathing exercises designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

July 9 through August 1 – Strength & Mobility Flow

TUES & THUR |7:00am – 8:00am | Fitness Floor | THIS CLASS IS FOR EXPERIENCED EXERCISERS | Ages 14 and above, including youth athletes.  This newly created class combines elements of strength training, boxing, rowing and biking along with movements adapted from Yoga and Pilates to provide a well-rounded and fun approach to functional fitness.  Learn More Now!

July 24 – Vitalant Blood Drive

Wednesday | 12:00pm – 6:00pm | Conference Rooms A & B   Nonprofit blood services provider Vitalant has issued an emergency blood shortage alert as the supply of type O, the most needed blood type, dropped to an 18-month low amidst extreme heat across the nation.  Type O blood is crucial in life-or-death situations. O-negative can be transfused to patients of any blood type and is the go-to for emergency room doctors when every second counts. O-positive can support anyone with a positive blood type. Join us at our blood drive in Conference Rooms A & B to help make a vital impact ensure all patients have what they need when they need it – all blood types welcome.
