Members are expected to conduct themselves according to the highest standards. The Wellness Center reserves the right to stop a member’s participation in the facility based on improper conduct or behavior if it is determined such conduct or behavior may interfere with safety and/or another member’s use of the facility.
The Wellness Center requires appropriate athletic attire in all areas of the facility for members and guests. This includes shirts, shorts and athletic shoes. Appropriate swimwear for the pool does not include cut-offs. Swimsuits or towel wraps are to be used in the sauna and steam rooms. Team members reserve the right to determine what constitutes appropriate attire, and to enforce these policies as necessary.
You may not bring or use weapons of any kind on the premises for any reason.
The use of tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, tobacco and snuff, as well as chewing and any other smokeless tobacco or electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in the Wellness Center and in any of its outside properties. The use, possession, distribution or sale of illegal drugs and/or alcohol by anyone at or on the Wellness Center premises is prohibited.
Cell phones and tablets may be used for communication only in the main lobby, or to listen to music and viewing through headphones during your workout. The use of cellular phones and tablets for any other reason is prohibited in all other areas of the Wellness Center.
Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Although the Wellness Center features a keyless locker system for our members’ protection as well as ease of use, please do not bring items of value into the facility. Any items left in a locker after closing time will be placed into lost and found for a period of one week. Please see a fitness floor associate or the Front Desk to inquire about lost and found items.
Unless expressly authorized by Corporate Communications of Washington Health System, you may not solicit, whether in person or in writing, any members, guests or staff on the premises or during off-premises events, including but not limited to solicitations for political or religious purposes, media interviews, business opportunities or competitive products or services.
Food is prohibited in the exercise areas. Water must be stored in plastic bottles with secure tops.
All members are required to present membership cards upon entrance. Membership cards that are lost or stolen will be replaced through the Reception Desk. All members and guests should use the Wellness Center’s main entrance. Your card is for your sole use. Unauthorized use of the card by anyone other than a Wellness Center member is prohibited and may result in termination of membership status.
