Katlynn attended and ran track, as a sprinter, for Clarion University of Pennsylvania where she received two Bachelor’s Degrees, the first in Nutrition and Fitness and the second degree in Athletic Coaching. She continued her education at California University of Pennsylvania where she was a Graduate Assistant for the strength and conditioning program and worked with most of the collegiate athletes and teams. She received her Master’s Degree from Cal U in Exercise Science – Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention Concentrations. Katlynn also obtained certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Speed Specialist and Pre- & Postnatal Coach for women through GGS (Girls Gone Strong).
