Katlynn attended and ran track, as a sprinter, for Clarion University of Pennsylvania where she received two Bachelor’s Degrees, the first in Nutrition and Fitness and the second degree in Athletic Coaching. She received her Master’s Degree from California University in Exercise Science. Katlynn has obtained certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist, Speed Specialist, Reformer 1&2 for Pilates, and Pre- & Postnatal Coach. Pre- & Postnatal Coaching will help clients exercise safely while pregnant and postpartum, answer questions about pelvic floor issues, hormone changes/weight gain, self-doubt, identity loss, postpartum depression and many other challenges. It is backed by evidence-based research and to focus not only on the physical side of pregnancy but also the psychological side.
Katlynn’s passion for fitness comes from her athletic background and her passion to help athletes and clients reach their health and/or performance goals.
