Kendra graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. She is a Certified Health and Fitness Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Exercise Physiologist, a Certified EXOS Performance Specialist and a Certified EXOS Fitness Specialist. Kendra enjoys working with all clients of all ages and abilities but loves working on high intensity training and performance.
