Mike was born and raised in Princeton, NJ and earned his bachelors in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University. After he graduated he spent the next year interning with Penn State Football’s Performance Enhancement team. During the internship, he earned his CSCS through the NSCA as a practicing certified strength coach. After the internship was over Mike took a graduate assistant position at St. Francis University working with women’s soccer, women’s water polo, track and field, and football teams.
