Keep Your Workout Clothes on Hand

With a busy schedule, sometimes you’ll need to sneak a workout in when free time pops up. To ensure you can take advantage of the time to workout, you should keep your running shoes and workout clothes or your gym bag on hand. By keeping shoes and clothes with you at work or on the road, you’re able to take advantage of any exercise opportunity that becomes available.
