Our Training Philosophy

Our wellness center and gym training programs focus on what our members want to feel their best: Well-designed programs, support, motivation, and care from certified trainers and instructors who want to help you increase flexibility and strength, lose weight, or challenge you to take on the next level of training. With our staff’s expertise and guidance, you’ll reach your fitness goals and then set new ones as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.

Jump into an exclusive training program designed just for YOU – tailored to fit your needs and lifestyle! We offer 30-or 60-minute customized personal training programs for aquatics, Pilates Reformer, strength or Yoga. Our expert team of certified trainers and instructors, all with nationally recognized certifications, is committed to delivering the best possible experience with every workout. Package types we offer:

  • Private Training (60-minutes)
  • Express Private Training (30-minutes
  • Private Small Group Sessions (60-minutes, pricing is per group)
  • Small Group Sessions – Strength Only (60-mintues, pricing is per person)
Monthly Installments (60-Minute Sessions)
Requires a 3-month commitment. Must be enrolled in a monthly installment plan to be eligible for reduced session pricing. Sessions are used monthly. Monthly installment training is available to members only.
